Here are some tips for mindful breathing:
1️⃣ Find a Quiet Space. Step away from distractions and find a comfortable space to sit or stand.
2️⃣ Inhale Slowly. Take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to four as you fill your lungs.
3️⃣ Exhale Slowly. Exhale through your mouth, also counting to four. Focus on the sensation of your breath.
4️⃣ Repeat. Continue this slow, deliberate breathing for a few minutes. Let go of any worries.
