While all berries offer benefits, it’s best to opt for organic when possible. Why? Berries often make the “Dirty Dozen” list – produce items that tend to have higher pesticide residues. However, if organic isn’t in your budget, don’t fret! The nutritional benefits still outweigh the risks, so keep enjoying those berries.
